The Monsoon Evo was developed to travel as light as possible, even with a lot of luggage. With 5.62 lb/2.55 kg (size S) and 6.06 lb/2.75 kg (size L) and no need for a heavy mounting plate, the Monsoon Evo is the lightest frame mount pannier solution in the high-quality segment. And yet, with 24 and 34 liters capacity, they offer enough storage space even for the longest adventure travels. And if this space is still not sufficient, you can even add two Fender Bags or four Can/ Bottle Holsters on the outside.
Sold as individual units/per side of motorcycle. Qty 2 required for a left and right side. Mixing and matching a Large and Small Monsoon Evo may be done to adjust total width per side to account for a side exhaust.
The Monsoon Evo fits almost all pannier frames with 18mm tubes. Due to a newly developed and innovative mounting bracket, the bags can be attached to the pannier frames without an additional mounting plate. If you also mount a lock, the Monsoon Evo are also protected against theft.
Like all our products, the Monsoon Evo is designed for the toughest journeys. The mounting brackets are made of fiber-reinforced composite material, which has similar mechanical properties to aluminum. We also use our proven 3-layer fabric, which is extremely abrasion-resistant and has proven itself in the past. And should your bike tip over anyway, an additional edge protection keeps the bag safe.

Is this a price for a single unit or a pair?
The Monsoon Evo Panniers come as a single unit/per side of the motorcycle. This way you can run a small on one side and a large on the other side if thats what best fits your motorycle.
I have a new 2023 Yamaha Super Tenere 1200 with no luggage racks. I was looking at the Touratech luggage rack but it it powder coated and you mentioned not to use a rack that is powder coated. Will it not work with a powerder coated rack? Do you know of non powder coated 18mm racks for my bike? Thanks.
Our preference for non-powerder coated racks is for a couple of reasons.
-Powder coating adds thickness to the diameter of the rack. This is no longer an issue with our Monsoon Evo panniers because we now offer diameter extenders.
-Powder coating falls/scratches off. But this is a minor cosmetic point
We don't have a recommended non-powder coated rack for your motorcycle.
I have a Tiger 900, Do I undestad that there is a specific bag for the right side and onother for the left? or the same bag will fit both sides.?
Hello.
The Monsoon Evo comes in two sizes, 24L and 34L. You can mix and match to each side of the bike as you wish depending on your capacity needs as well as the dimensional/width needs of the bike. Some riders like the idea of running a smaller bag on the exhaust side, but its by no means necessary.
On the Tenere 700 in the photos are you using the smaller pannier on the exhaust side? Should I order a smaller one for the exhaust side or does it depend on the rack being used (I don't have a rack yet)?

The Monsoon Evo is sold per side, so it's up to your preference/capacity needs if you want to use the same size or mix sizes.
